What we won’t promise
- We never open your mail. We only see the outside of envelopes in the free USPS Informed Delivery preview you forward to us.
- Some envelopes show no sender, and catalogs often aren’t pictured. When we can’t tell, we say so.
- No one can stop “Postal Customer” flyers or political mail.
- Opt-outs take 6 to 12 weeks, because mailers print ahead. A few companies only accept requests from you; for those, we prepare it and you send it in a click.
