Comcast’s free opt-out form stops Xfinity ads to your address. No account needed.
How to stop it
- Open Comcast’s Request to Opt Out form.
- Choose Do Not Mail. Do Not Call and Do Not Knock are there too.
- Enter your name and full address, including any apartment number, and submit.
What to expect
- Comcast doesn’t give a timeline. Mail already printed will still arrive.
- Customers keep getting bills and account notices.
- Still arriving after about 12 weeks? Submit again and screenshot the confirmation.
