Crate & Barrel has a short online form to remove you from its catalog list. It asks only for your name and address.
How to stop it
- Open Crate & Barrel’s Catalog Preferences page. The form is titled “Remove me from your catalog list.”
- Enter your first and last name and full address, including any apartment number.
- Submit and save a screenshot of the confirmation.
What to expect
- Crate & Barrel doesn’t give a timeline. Catalogs already printed may keep arriving for several weeks.
- The form covers catalogs only. Emails and texts are set on its Communication Preferences page.
- Still arriving after about 12 weeks? Submit again and keep the screenshot.
Good to know
- Get CB2 catalogs too? CB2 has its own catalog form.
- Crate & Barrel’s customer service menu also links a “Selling and Sharing Preferences” form if you don’t want your details shared with marketing partners.
