Email Frontgate your name and address and ask it to stop sending catalogs. It says to allow 90 days.
How to stop it
- Grab a recent catalog so you have your name and address exactly as printed.
- Email cs@frontgate.com and ask to be removed from Frontgate’s catalog mailing list. Include your full name and mailing address.
- Prefer paper? Write to Frontgate Customer Service, 5566 West Chester Road, West Chester, OH 45069.
- Keep a copy of what you sent.
What to expect
- Frontgate says to allow 90 days to be removed.
- Catalogs already mailed will still arrive.
- Still getting them after about 14 weeks? Send the request again.
Good to know
- Grandin Road, a sister brand, uses the same process: write to Grandin Road Customer Service at the same West Chester address.
- Ballard Designs and Garnet Hill are sister brands with their own addresses: Ballard Designs · Garnet Hill.
