Email help@jcrew.com and ask to opt out of physical mail. J.Crew’s privacy policy names that address for catalogs and postcards.
How to stop it
- Email help@jcrew.com.
- Write: “Please opt me out of all physical mail, including catalogs and postcards.”
- Add your full name and mailing address as printed on the label, including any apartment number.
- Name each brand you get, such as J.Crew, J.Crew Factory or Madewell, and keep a copy of the email.
What to expect
- J.Crew doesn’t give a timeline. Catalogs already printed may keep arriving for several weeks.
- Want fewer emails too? Use the unsubscribe link in any J.Crew email.
- Still arriving after about 12 weeks? Send it again and keep both emails.
Good to know
- J.Crew’s privacy policy covers J.Crew, J.Crew Factory, crewcuts and Madewell.
- Opting out of J.Crew selling or sharing your personal information is a separate request. The privacy policy lists privacy@jcrew.com for privacy questions.
