J.Jill’s privacy policy says to contact it directly to stop catalogs. A short letter works. It can take up to 8 weeks.
How to stop it
- Copy your name and address exactly as printed on a recent catalog.
- Write to J.Jill, Customer Service Center, 100 Birch Pond Drive, Tilton, NH 03276.
- Ask to stop all catalogs and direct mail. Include your full name, mailing address and email address, as J.Jill asks.
- Keep a copy and note the date.
What to expect
- J.Jill says it may take up to 8 weeks to process a direct mail opt-out.
- Catalogs already mailed will still arrive.
- Still getting them after about 12 weeks? Write again.
Good to know
- J.Jill’s separate privacy-request page only lists a phone number for catalog changes. The privacy policy itself allows writing in, which is the route we use.
