Send Lands’ End one email asking it to cancel your catalogs. It says to allow 2 to 4 weeks for the mailing to stop.
How to stop it
- Grab a recent catalog. The C number is on the mailing label.
- Email websiteinquiry@landsend.com and ask to cancel all Lands’ End catalogs.
- Include your full name and address, or the C number. Lands’ End asks for one or the other.
- Keep a copy of the email.
What to expect
- Lands’ End says to allow 2 to 4 weeks. Catalogs already mailed will still arrive.
- This stops catalogs. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any Lands’ End email.
- Still arriving after 4 weeks? Email again with the C number from the newest catalog.
Good to know
- Moving? Lands’ End uses the same email address for catalog address changes.
- DMAchoice won’t help with a company you’ve bought from. Its FAQ says to ask those companies directly, which is what this email does.
