Pottery Barn has a form that stops its catalogs or cuts them back. Williams Sonoma has the same one.
How to stop it
- Open Pottery Barn’s Catalog Mailing Options form.
- Choose “Unsubscribe from all catalog mailings,” or “Up to 1 catalog per season” if you still want a few.
- Enter your name and address exactly as they appear on your catalog. The form also asks for your email address.
- Submit, and keep a screenshot.
What to expect
- Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Pottery Barn’s parent, says postal mail requests take 6 to 8 weeks to process.
- Catalogs already printed will still arrive.
- Getting Williams Sonoma catalogs too? Use its form the same way.
Good to know
- Prefer fewer to none? The once-a-season option keeps a few coming.
- Moving instead? Pottery Barn has a separate Catalog Address Change page.
