Email Soft Surroundings and ask it to stop sending catalogs. Include your exact name and address, or a photo of the mailing label.
How to stop it
- Grab a recent catalog. Soft Surroundings asks for your exact name and address, or the mailing label.
- Email customerservice@softsurroundings.com and ask to stop all catalogs.
- Prefer paper? Write to Soft Surroundings International, LLC, West Park II, 12647 Olive Blvd., Suite 300, Creve Coeur, MO 63141.
- Keep a copy of what you sent.
What to expect
- Soft Surroundings plans mailings in advance, so it says the change can take some time.
- Catalogs already mailed will still arrive.
- Still getting them after about 12 weeks? Send the request again.
Good to know
- Its privacy policy also lets you ask it not to share your name with other companies for their mailings. Add that line to the same email.
