Spectrum’s Privacy Preferences form has a Do Not Mail box that stops its marketing mail to your address. You don’t need to sign in.
How to stop it
- Open Spectrum’s Privacy Preferences form.
- Enter your name and postal address.
- Check Do Not Mail. Do Not Call and Do Not E-mail are on the same form.
- Submit and save a screenshot.
What to expect
- Spectrum says your address goes on its Do Not Mail list right away, but marketing mail may still arrive within 60 days.
- Customers still get letters about their current service, such as billing and account notices.
- Still arriving after 60 days? Submit again and keep the screenshot.
Good to know
- For a business address, use the Spectrum Business privacy form.
