Kohl’s takes mail opt-outs by letter. Send your full name and mailing address to the PO Box named in its privacy policy.
How to stop it
- Write: “Please remove me from Kohl’s marketing mailing lists.”
- Add your full name and mailing address as printed on a recent mailer, including any apartment number.
- Mail it to: Kohl’s, Inc., PO Box 3120, Milwaukee, WI 53201.
- Keep a copy and note the date you mailed it.
What to expect
- Kohl’s doesn’t give a timeline. Mailers already printed may keep arriving for several weeks.
- Kohl’s Card mail comes from its banking partner, so this letter may not cover it. Prescreened card offers have a separate fix →
- Still arriving after about 12 weeks? Send it again.
Good to know
- Use PO Box 3120 for this request. Kohl’s privacy policy names it for removal from its marketing mailing lists.
